The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. the breakfast provided a wide range of delicious options and was a great way to start the day. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to transportation.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult for me to navigate the stairs, especially during the holiday season when the hotel was busy. Another drawback was the slight discomfort of the beds, which could have been more comfortable.

The hotel's location was excellent, close enough to walk to most everything and very close to the Accademia. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of options that catered to both European and American tastes. The staff were attentive and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
